Shipping policy

We strive to deliver your items as soon as possible. We offer free shipping on forward orders only. Please allow us 7 business days (including weekends) for your order to be processed. Once the order has been processed, most domestic orders will ship within 2-10 business days.

ORDERS PLACED WITH AN INCORRECT ADDRESS

If you place an order with an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at lovedrapes@gmail.com so that we may fix the mistake before we ship your order. 

Once your order ships with an incorrect address, you are responsible for shipping fees to redirect or resend packages to the correct address. Please note : Contact number is mandatory for all the orders; if it is not provided the order would be cancelled automatically.
